Killelay Consulting Ltd is a Personal Service Company providing general Consultancy, Project & Change Management, Business Analysis & Team Leadership services for Public, Private and Third Sector organisations.

We specialise in turning around failing projects and winning the hearts & minds of difficult stakeholders.
We have experience working with a range of clients, including several UK Police Forces (including Multi-force collaborations), Local Government organisations, and global IT Service Providers. Services can be provided on competitive day rates, or on a fixed price basis, dependent on services required.
